Chef D’Cruze has proven his talents in a a variety of culinary challenges including appearances on Food Network’s Chopped Canada, the Thrill of the Grill and Celebrity Hors D’oeuvres. He prides himself on using fresh, local and sustainable ingredients as available to present the most delightful and creative dishes.
The orchestration of a perfect reception demands attention, imagination and care to detail. Through an accumulation of experience, our staff is extensively trained and meticulously executes each event at MacEwan Conference & Event Centre.
