The Den and The Black Lounge & Patio

When you and your colleagues want to relax after a long meeting, know there are two licensed restaurants only steps from our conference and event facilities.
The Den is located on the lower level of MacEwan Student Centre, with its older brother, The Black Lounge directly above. The Den features private booths, pool tables and a dance floor, while the Black Lounge has an authentic prohibition-era Chicago Long Bar, a cozy fireplace, large windows and an inviting south-facing patio. There’s no substitute for a refreshing beverage in the sun after a long day, and with 150 tables, this spacious patio can accommodate large groups. Staying on campus means you won’t waste time or energy looking for a spot on a crowded patio downtown.
